A loving farewell for a cherished companion. We're a family-owned pet crematorium between Bacchus Marsh and Ballan, caring for pets across Melbourne's west, Ballarat, Melton and Werribee. Available for gentle guidance whenever you need us. Home & vet collection across the region
Losing a pet is like losing a member of the family. We carry the practical weight during a painful time, so you can be with your grief instead of on hold to a call centre. Whether you're arranging dog cremation, cat cremation, or a farewell for a rabbit, guinea pig or bird, there's no wrong way to do this and no rush.
Your companion is cremated entirely on their own. Not alongside other pets, not spaced apart in a shared chamber — on their own. Every pet is assigned an individual tracking ID the moment they come into our care, so the ashes returned to you are only ever theirs.
We collect your pet directly from your home or your veterinary clinic, by appointment. They travel with us in soft blankets and baskets suited to their size, and they come home to you the same way.
Pricing is based on your pet's size and the options you choose, so we'll always give you a clear figure before anything happens. No hidden fees, and no one will push you toward a more expensive option while you're grieving.

Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Pentland Hills, between Bacchus Marsh and Ballan, AAA Animal Crematorium is a family-owned and family-run pet memorial service. We were born from a deep love of animals, and from seeing how few places offered families honest, compassionate support during one of life's hardest moments.
From the smallest companion to the largest breed, we care for every animal with the same tenderness and respect we'd give our own. No family should have to face the loss of a pet feeling rushed, confused or overcharged.
An individual tracking ID follows your pet from collection to return. One pet, one cremation, every time — so the ashes you receive are only ever theirs.
We're a family in Pentland Hills, not a national chain with a call centre. The person who answers your call is the person who cares for your pet.
A clear quote before anything happens, no hidden fees, and no one will pressure you into a decision while you're grieving.
With private (individual) cremation, your pet is cremated entirely on their own — never alongside another animal. Each pet is assigned an individual tracking ID from the moment they come into our care, and that ID is checked before the ashes are placed into your urn. The ashes you receive are guaranteed to be only theirs.
In a private (individual) cremation, one pet is cremated alone and their ashes come home to you. In a communal cremation, several pets are cremated together and the ashes cannot be separated afterwards, so nothing is returned. It's worth knowing that some providers use the word "individual" for a third arrangement, where several pets are placed apart within the same chamber. That is not what we do. At AAA, one pet means one cremation, every time.
Cost depends on your pet's size and the options you choose. Call or text us on 0486 313 628 and we'll give you a clear, no-obligation figure straight away — before anything is arranged and with no pressure to proceed.
Yes. We arrange gentle collection directly from your veterinary clinic or your home, by appointment. You're also welcome to bring your pet to us if that feels better.
For private cremations, ashes are typically ready within 1-3 days. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you first contact us and keep you updated throughout.
Dogs of every breed and size, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. Every pet is treated with the same care, and pricing is scaled gently to their size.
We collect from across Melbourne's west and central Victoria, including Bacchus Marsh, Melton, Ballan, Ballarat, Werribee, Sunbury and Gisborne. If you're not sure whether we reach you, call or text and we'll let you know.
