If your cat has died at home, you can keep them somewhere cool while you decide what you would like to do. There is no rush to make every decision at once. When you’re ready, we can arrange collection from your home or veterinary clinic and explain what happens next.
Your cat is cremated on their own. They receive an individual tracking ID that stays with them from collection through to the return of their ashes.
This means the ashes returned to you are guaranteed to be only theirs.
If your cat has died at home, you do not have to transport them yourself. We can arrange collection from your home by appointment.
