From our family-run pet crematorium in Pentland Hills, between Bacchus Marsh and Ballan, we provide personal, compassionate care for pets of every size – and for the people who love them.
AAA Animal Pet Crematorium is family-owned and family-run, based in the peaceful countryside of Pentland Hills. We created it to give local families personal, transparent and compassionate support when saying goodbye to a beloved pet.
When you call, you speak directly with the family who will care for your pet – not a call centre. Every pet receives an individual tracking ID and a private cremation: one pet, one cremation. From the smallest companion to the largest, each animal is treated with the same tenderness, dignity and respect we would want for our own.
“Our promise is simple: honesty, compassion, and a dignified farewell that every family can afford.”
Call or text us any time. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and guide you through the options with no pressure.
We collect your pet from your home or vet with care and respect, or you’re welcome to bring them to us by appointment.
Your pet is cared for individually throughout, tracked by their own ID so you can have complete peace of mind.
Your companion’s ashes are returned to you in your chosen urn, with a certificate and a keepsake to remember them by.
Our crematorium is located in the quiet countryside of Pentland Hills. Visits are by appointment, helping us maintain a calm and respectful environment for every family and every pet.
The person you speak with is the person who cares for your pet. We personally arrange collection from your home or vet and remain responsible for their care throughout.
Your pet receives an individual tracking ID from collection through to return. Combined with our one pet, one cremation process, this ensures the ashes returned to you are only theirs.
